1. About TesterRank

TesterRank is a free platform for QA professionals to practice automation testing, follow structured learning paths, and find QA jobs. By using this platform, you agree to these terms.

2. Free Platform, No Guarantees

TesterRank is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, error-free, or that any content is accurate or complete. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time.

3. User-Generated Content

Content you create on TesterRank (such as quiz responses, bug reports, or practice submissions) remains owned by you. By submitting content to the platform, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and use it within the platform for its intended purpose (e.g., showing your quiz responses, displaying leaderboard entries).

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the platform
• Use bots or scripts to interact with the platform in an automated manner
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure

5. Paid Products

TesterRank offers paid digital products (e.g., the Locator Cheatsheet). These are delivered digitally and are non-refundable once purchased, as they are immediately accessible after payment. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your payment card details.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we believe you have violated these terms. You may also delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TesterRank and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
